Neurodivergent affirming assessments

I offer neurodivergent-affirming assessment services for teens and adults, approached with care, nuance, and respect for individual context and lived experience.

 

Autism Assessment (Informal):

I provide informal autism assessments using a combination of vetted self-report measures, clinical interviews, and observational assessment, including the MIGDAS. These assessments are designed to support self-understanding, identity development, and clinical insight rather than pathologization or deficit-based framing. This process may be especially supportive for late-identified or self-questioning individuals.

 

ADHD Evaluation (Teens & Adults):

I offer ADHD evaluations for teens and adults, incorporating clinical history, standardized measures, and functional assessment. When appropriate, I can coordinate with a primary care physician or prescribing provider to support medication considerations.

 

Assessments are individualized and collaborative, with pacing and depth tailored to each client’s needs. Because presentations and goals vary widely, pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis, with fees starting at $200 and up, depending on scope and time involved. Insurance accepted for one hour diagnostic visit if applicable.
